I specialize in helping people that struggle with anxiety and confidence issues move from surviving to THRIVING, so that they can live the happier, more fulfilled lives they dream of and make a positive difference in the world.

I share anxiety-busting and confidence-building knowledge, strategies, and insights from the science of wellbeing (A.K.A positive psychology) combined with my own experience and struggles with anxiety.

My goal is to help you uncover what’s been holding you back from truly breaking free of your anxiety and to help you replace your negative thought patterns, habits, and behaviors with empowering, supportive ones.

My wish for you is to have the confidence to go out into the world and fully live, to enjoy life to the fullest, and to create a positive impact in the world and in the lives of those you care about.
