30 Days to Healthy Living and Beyond

Making sure you eat the right foods, get the right exercise, and manage your daily healthy habits around your busy schedule can sometimes feel like an impossible challenge. We get overwhelmed by the sheer amount of things we ‘should’ be doing for our health, and as a result, we end up doing none of it.

One of the biggest challenges many of us face with maintaining our health is getting the right nutrition. Just trying to find the time to prepare healthy, balanced, varying meals can be a headache! We know that food is fuel for the body, but it is also fuel for your mind – you need the right nutrition!

The effect of nutrition on cognitive development and functioning is well documented, and there is plenty of research demonstrating the positive and negative effects different foods can have on your moods, emotions, focus, concentration, and other aspects of your cognitive functioning. Getting the right nutrition supports your physical and mental health, giving you the energy and focus you need to maintain your positive mindset and take action. This in turn helps you maintain your healthy habits, creating an upward positive spiral!

Many of us have good intentions when it comes to the foods we eat, yet fail to make the right choices and maintain healthy habits. Which of these excuses and limiting beliefs do you identify with when it comes to your nutrition habits?

·         I just don’t have time to prepare and cook healthy meals

·         Salad and healthy stuff just doesn’t appeal to me

·         I don’t know which foods I should be eating for my specific needs

·         It’s all too complicated – one day something is good for you, and the next it’s not!

·         I can’t stick to a diet

·         My life is so hectic, I need something I can grab and eat on the run

·         My kids are such picky eaters, it’s just easier to eat what they want

Finding healthy, simple, quick, and complete solutions to overcome some of these challenges can make all the difference. One of my favourite nutritional support programs for busy women is the 30 Days to Healthy Living and Beyond program from Arbonne. The 30 Days to Healthy Living and Beyond program consists of a range of healthy, plant-powered, supportive nutrition products and support guide to help you plan out and reach your healthy living goals.

To support my clients in the program, I also created the Healthy Living Mindset Facebook support group to share healthy living specific tools and mindset techniques with our community of other health-conscious, dynamic individuals. The HLM community also supports their members with encouragement, sharing experiences, holding each other accountable, and celebrating successes as they smash their healthy living goals together.

“Having more energy and vitality, feeling more engaged in life, and being happier can start with making a few small changes in your daily habits and engaging in self-education. Healthy living doesn’t have to be complicated. The Arbonne Essentials® 30 Days to Healthy Living and Beyond Support Guide is a tool that you can use to help you on your journey.” (Support Guide)
