These actions are simple and effective, and I have been using them daily to help get my mindset ready at the beginning of each to tackle the challenges ahead.
The 6 ‘SAVERS’ are: Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, and Scribing, and Hal gives a thorough explanation of each one, and how best to implement them as part of a morning routine to get the most value from each. I personally love how flexible this routine is – Hal recommends you spend an hour first thing each day on completing your SAVERS, however I do mine in 30 minutes. I have even seen some individuals get results from doing it all in just 6 minutes!
